Hi Gordon,
We recommend matching the shell and liner size even if you're off your true size in the shell, so you'll want the 28s. This liner is a really great option to snug up the fit in TLT8s. We find the fit of these on foot takes up every so slightly more volume than the low-volume (9mm) Intuition Tour tongue. Both would likely give what you're looking for though :)

Hi Alok,
The two skis have very similar shaping and construction aside from width, and will feel that way! The main difference will just be what you'd expect from a wider ski... a little slower edge-to-edge while carving, superior float in soft snow, and slightly less edge control overall. If you liked the feel of your buddy's Micros, I would recommend getting the same length, as up or down will change the feel significantly.

Hi Kevin,
The Elan and the Hagan race skis are very comparable. The current generation of the Elan is slightly stiffer than the Hagan, and has a little less sidecut and a slightly longer turn radius (23m vs 21m). While the Elan might feel slightly more at home in longer radius turns, the difference will be subtle, and I would still say the skis are more similar than they are different... I wouldn't say one is more race oriented than the other.

Hi Stanley,
There should be a ski crampon receptor included in the box to be mounted on the toe piece. The attachment is compatible with both ATK and Dynafit ski crampons. Shoot us an email at help@skimo.co if you're not seeing the receptor in the box.

Hi Robert,
This will be a bit thinner than both the stock Zero G Tour Pro Liner and the 9mm Intuition. For what you're describing, the 9 mm Intuition should be your best bet. It takes up roughly the same amount of space as the stock liner and is quite moldable.
